ARTISAN FISHING & COMMERCIAL SUPPLY

Millions of small boats catch more than 50% of all fish harvested. Can the artisan fisheries be a source for supply for the world?

Main problem is to obtain the same quality as seafrozen products. Just a logistics problem, we say. The artisanal catch from day boats is almost live when landed, from there the traders should invest in infrastructure.
